There is a lot of information out there about how to do a juice cleanse (or juice fast), but I want to take the opportunity to share what I have learned from my experiences.
I was introduced to juicing by my parents when I was a kid and have been juice cleansing sporadically over the past twenty years.
I always sensed that juice cleanses were good for me by the way they made me feel, but now that I have completed my holistic health coach certification at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I definitely know they are and why! Detoxification is beneficial to our bodies and I have learned that we can get the most out of a cleanse by tailoring the juice plan based on our own bio individuality.
